To initiate an order or request a complimentary evaluation sample, please submit your inquiry to our sales team via email contact@celluloselab.com. To facilitate a seamless quoting and fulfillment process, please ensure your request includes the following:

• Order Specifications: Precise product names and requested quantities (dry weight/volume).
• Logistics Information: Full billing and shipping addresses.
• Contact Details: A direct phone number (required for international FedEx/UPS customs clearance).

Upon receipt, our team will review your requirements and provide a formal invoice or quotation for your approval.

• Please note that our terms are ‘’Payment in Advance’’ and that we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, cheques and wire transfers for payment.
• Cost is by weight, dry basis, exclusive of shipping charges.  S/H and handling fees may be added.
• Orders will be shipped via FedEx Express delivery, unless otherwise instructed ‐   subject to available inventory.
• Customer is responsible for the shipping cost and customs clearance.
